John Brecht - Bass Guitar & Vocals : In the  past, John has played with Impact, London Street, Pictures, Encore and Cannon and also played the "Holiday Inn" circuit traveling across the country for 5 years with various show bands. In addition to playing with JazzItUp, John is also the bassist and vocalist for the P&G Big Band and the Sound Body Jazz Orchestra.

Having worked as a packaging engineer at Proctor & Gamble for 30+ years, John is often called upon by P&G as a consultant.
